Playstation 5, upload extremely slow when connected to a Hotspot

I use the kpn mobile data as my playstation’s wifi due to the place that i live in having terrible internet access. This used to work perfectly for me but for the last 3 weeks it’s been giving problems, I noticed when i do a speed test on the playstation the upload speed is extremely slow, like 10 kbps every single time. The download speed is perfectly fine (usually around 220 mbps). When i perform a speed test on other devices such as my phone or laptop, the download and upload speed are good (like 60 Mbps upload), so why does this only happen on my playstation? There seems to be a connection issue between Kpn and playstation only. I’ve tried everything and nothing works
