Regarding WIFI network not visible anymore in phone and laptop

From past 2 days my WIFI network is not visible anymore in phone and laptop.Can anyone suggest what might be the problem or whom to connect for this.

Are you still experiencing this issue?
Could you elaborate what the LED indicators on your modem are doing? 
Could you update your profile and let me know? I'll take a look at your connection from this end.
