superwifi setup problems with tele2 gateway

Hello,

When setting up my two superwifi points to extend my network via a tele2 gateway modem I have problems.

I successfully plug in the points with ethernet to the modem. I then complete an update for 7 minutes and follow instructions to detach and move the point. When turning the power back on, I am told that the point is starting up. I wait and eventually, I am told that the point cannot be found.

I have done this now for a few times. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum @Lew510. From what I read you place both the Superwifi points wireless in the house. Is that correct? Or do you leave one of the two points connected to the modem as intended? Could you fill in your profile? If I have your customer data I would be able to see how everything is connected in the home network. In order to do this I would however need your permission so I would like to ask that of you too. Let's see if we can make sure you get super wifi in your house!
