Cannot download ING app - error 'service unavailable in your country'

Hello,

I am trying to download ING app but it shows the option - service “unavailable in your country” though I live in the Nethrlands.I have Huawei phone  model bought here.

I followed all instructions above (turn off WF and turn on fly stand but it idint help.I  am KPN client and am in the Netherlands as i mentioned.

So,how can you help me?
