My phone got lost and I need a SIM card replacement. I’m temporary staying in Ecuador - South America. Is there any chance you send me the SIM card replacement to Ecuador please ?

I’m just a forumuser (and KPN customer) like you.

A SIM card replacement can be ordered through the KPN website.

Unfortunately, as a Dutch company, KPN will only send SIM cards to a Dutch address. You'll have to use a friends or family address as intermediate and have them send it to you.

Many thanks for your answer. I will talk with a friend of mine asking him about receiving the SIM card at his home adress. I will come back to you with the mane and adress for sending the card. Thanks
