Instructions to connect SuperWifi with KPN Box 12

I have the 2X superwifi (white) old model which are 2 years old. I tried my level best to connect them. From last 2 years I wasn’t able to use them.

Now, I have moved to another house that doesn’t have a good internet connectivity in Attic room.

I am looking for help regarding the installation of them.

Do I need to connect 1 Superwifi to Modem with LAN cable always? If I don’t do it then I get the red light in super wifi.

Hi @Shakti and welcome to our KPN Community!

It depends on what router you’re using. If you’ve got a Experia Box V10 or lower (V9 etc.) then one SuperWifi needs to stay connected to that router.

The easiest steps are in our SuperWifi installation guide. I've put it through Google Translate for you, so the page should show in English. Do keep in mind that some translations might not be correct.

If after that you’re still experiencing issues, try a clean installation of the SuperWifi points.
Hopefully it'll work after that!
