When I bought my internet subscription there were no activation costs, but KPN charged it anyway. How can I ask for a reimbursement?

Odd that they were still charged when they shouldn't have been.
When you look at the order confirmation you received, was it mentioned there that no activation costs were involved?
If not, then unfortunately they cannot be reimbursed.
If they are mentioned on there, could you then fill out your forum profile as completely as possible, and let me know here when you’ve done so?
