Billed an extra month, in spite of switching to different provider

Hi,

I cancelled my subscription at the last day of my contract at 5th of July. But at 7th of July I got a new invoice. Apparently it’s charged from my bank account at 12th of July.

How can I get refund for this?

KPN always bills a month forward, so the system doesn't know you have canceled the contract. Next time the billing system wants to make an invoice it will see that you have canceled the contract at 5th of July and it will make an credit invoice (send money back) that you've paid too much.
