Cancellation due to emigration not processed?

I would like to unsubscribe effectively as of 30th April, as I have moved from the Netherlands. 

Today I see a bill so I have posted here in the community. 

 

Admin: customer number and image of Aangifte van Vertrek removed because of privacy

Hi ​@Senthilkumar,

Have we confirmed the cancellation via email? With an end date of your subscription? If not, it doesn't seem that you are successfully unsubscribed. 

In order to cancel, we need one of the following documents:
•    The official prove of deregistration of the municipality where you used to live including a signature/stamp/date of departure, as a PDF file
•    A signed statement of employment, or a statement of your study at a school/university abroad, as a PDF file
We also need your full name, address where the subscription is registered, date of birth and the last 3 digits of your IBAN.
Did you provide this? If not, it's possible your cancellation was declined because we do not have the right documents. 
What you shared here, was an ‘aangifte van vertrek',  that is not an actual confirmation of deregistration from the municipality. Is it possible that's were this went wrong?

Can you please fill in the emigration form again, with all the right information?

I have de registered online , I dont have any proof other than to provide to closure. you can terminate my subscription, because I no longer staying in***

I'm sorry, but I can't terminate a subscription. There is only one departement that can, and they can be reached per email: opzeggen@kpn.com. I am not able to help you with this ​@Senthilkumar, so I really recommend that you contact the right departement via email!
