Cancelled my subscription but still receiving invoices

I canceled my subscription 2 months ago but still receive invoices ans kpn gets my money by bank informations they has during m’y suscription with them

Isn’t there a problem???

I even sent the modem and stuff back just stop taking my money

You've also received confirmation that the subscription is cancelled?

As you pay ahead it's possible you've paid a month too much but you should get it refunded on the final invoice.

If something went wrong with the cancellation I advise you to give my colleagues a call on 0800-0402 (monday-friday from 08:00 till 18:00 or on saturday between 08:00 and 17:00)

Hello

of course i received a confirmation I even sent back the equipements but you are still considering me as a subscriber. 
After 30 minutes pending on the phone I finally had someone answering telling me to wait the initial end of my contract in september 2023. 
 

Such a poor customer service
