Continued charges after contract termination 3 months ago

I moved out of Netherlands to India on APRIL 9 2026. 

I submitted the KPN devices on APRIL 9 in the KPN store and they cancelled my KPN Internet connection and KPN Mobile connection. SInce 3 months till now I keep getting invoices and debitting money from my account.

I had a call with help of my friend with KPN customer care and they said to ignore the invoices but the money is getting debitted from my NL account which I kept for other things. 

I submitted the Immigration form also attaching my NL deregister document.

What else you want and why are you charging money unnecessarily. 

Kindly revert my 3 months money back to me ASAP.

I'm sorry to read that you're still being charged after your move to India. I can imagine how frustrating that must be, especially after you've returned your equipment and submitted the emigration documents.

Unfortunately, requests regarding refunds, ongoing billing, or account corrections cannot be handled through the Community forum. Since this is a public platform, we don't have access to your personal account details or billing information.

The best way forward is to contact our customer service team directly so they can investigate what happened with the cancellation and the continued charges. They can also check whether a refund is appropriate and arrange this if necessary.

Be sure to mention that you've already submitted your emigration documents and returned your equipment on April 9, 2026, so the case can be reviewed as quickly as possible.
