Hello, 

Have recently switched from one isp to KPN, received my router last week and yesterday got a text message on my phone that my internet is working. Plugged everything in, internet is fine, but I can’t link my KPN product to my KPN ID, since I do not know what my client number is. The website states that it should be on my contract, but the contract I received when ordering the switch, doesn’t state any client number. 

What shall I do?
