How can i get KPN to cancel my subscription?

Hey everyone. 

Kpn cancelation process is driving me crazy.

I recently left the country. I informed kpn a month in advance and provided the details. They never got back to me I followed up a week later and was told it was logged and they would get back to me.

A few weeks later I began receiving messages saying my evidence isnt sufficient. I again called Kpn and an employee instructed me to send some details and if kpn was dragging their feet to get back to me just send the router back before I left the country.

I have sent it back (I have proof)  but KPN is seemingly blind deaf and stupid to this fact as I keep getting request to pay my monthly subscription which i cancelled. And no acknowledgement of my router being received.

They are impossible to reach from outside Netherlands as they keep trying to call me even though the number isnt active and I have informed them.

So how do I contact KPN without calling them as I called them several times and they cant get this done. As the departments seemingly arnt allowed to commicate with eachother.

I tried dot but ai agents are not helpful and I cant find an email that anyone will actually reply too.

Did my colleagues tell you why the evidence isn't sufficient? e-mailing the right documents should be sufficient to cancel the subscription.

No your colleague couldn't see why my evidence wasnt sufficient and I sent what was asked of me.

I heard nothing back besides payment request for a service I have canceled and for which the devices have been returned.

Your team keeps tryign to call my dutch number but it wont work anymore and scheduling a call using my UK number is not possible on the system.

I will not be calling KPN again as I have called 3 different times to confirm this process was proceeding. So I will not take out a special call package just to have nothing resolved again.

 

So again I ask for a email address where I can submit a complaint or talk to an actual human. As KPN goes out their way to make this process inpersonal and have a million hurdles in the way. 

I started this process ages ago and KPN is still dragging its feet. I did use the above links when i started the process and thats how I landed in this situation being harassed by KPN emails with on one but a AI agent responding. FYI the ai agent isnt helpful with any real problem.

I don't have a different e-mail adress you could use to reach my colleagues, which adress did you use to send the additional information?
Although I can't change anything about the situation I can take a look at the current status. Could you fill in your community profile?
