Need information on cancelling subscription.

No, sending the modem back doesn't cancel your subscription.

You can do that by phone (quickest way) 0800-0402 (mo till fr 08:00 - 18:00 or sa 08:00 - 17:00)

Just tell tell the computer you want to cancel, it should then connect you a real person.
