How does the 31 day notice period for a cancellation work?

Hi, 

I would like to know how you calculate the notice period for cancelling the contract. I get the invoice on every 28th of the month, so, If I have to cancel the contract then should I request it on 27th of a month or can I do it on any day?

If the initial contract period has passed you can cancel it at any day with a one month notice.

If you want to end it exactly on the end of the 1 year contract period then you have to cancel it at least 1 month in advance, so you can also do that earlier but the end date is at least the last day of the contract period.

The invoice date is not the same as the contract period, it should say on page 2 of the bill which period they use, it should also be on the contract which you should have received at the start.
