My subscription was supposed to end in June as I had moved out. I am at my new place and not using kpn’s wifi services anymore but my account is still being charged every month. These is no information online and I cannot find a way to contact anyone. How do I proceed from here?

Hi @Nandini, I see @Noordzee already gave some good suggestions. You'll need to speak to the cancellations department about this.
