I haven't received my welcome gift after 2 months

I have been a client since January 29, and I have already paid for two months' subscription.

Despite 2 years of Internet and TV subscription the Company refused to keep its promise. 

What makes this company worse is that the level of their lying is on a different level. KPN agent told me they didn't know (side kix) gift partners.

Several times contacted this scam company. Now it is time to expose them on social media platforms. 

I am going to report this because I have been a client since January 29 and have already paid for a two-month subscription. Despite having maintained an Internet and TV subscription for two years, the Company has refused to uphold its promise. What further exacerbates this company's reputation is the level of dishonesty exhibited. A KPN agent informed me that they were unaware of the (Sidekix 088 6237 006) gift partners. I have contacted this company multiple times regarding this issue. It is now appropriate to expose their misconduct on social media platforms. I intend to report this matter to the Geschillencommissie Telecommunicatiediensten as well.

Hello ​@Liban-, i looked up your record up in the administration and saw that you have been in contact with an agent from our complaint department about your subscription. They made you an offer for an discount and this offer ill be activated for you.

Hello ​@Liban- , welcome to the KPN community, even though the reason for this isn't pleasant. In this community, customers engage in conversation and discussion with one another and try to help each other in case of problems.

Unfortunately, the sending of welcome gifts does not always go smoothly. Normally it shouldn’t take months recieving your gift.

And unfortunately, we cannot take care of this or expedite it. The only thing you can do is enter your details (customer number, last three digits of your IBAN) in your profile. This is protected and can only be viewed by the moderators. For now, I hope that a moderator (who is a KPN employee) picks up your topic soon and can provide you with further information. And that you receive your gift soon.

On Monday, I was told that I would receive a call for a TV discount. Today is three days past since the last call; nothing has happened. In fact, your job is to make sure to complete the discount in advance for both the internet and TV.  You lied to me about your promotion, whether it's a laptop or a TV, and now the discount has also become a nightmare. How many times have you scammed me with false promises? Shame on you! Already shared my bad experience in Trustpilot for people to see.

Hello ​@Liban-, i dont know what has happened with the phone call. However i can confirm that the discount is activated. You will get a dscount for 9 months like discussed with our complaint department. For 9 months your invoice wil be lower.

If that is the case, and the TV and internet discounts were both properly executed as you have stated, and the KPN employee called on Monday morning, I should have received confirmation either by phone or email. However, nothing has happened up to now except for your statement. This situation is completely unclear and untrustworthy.
