I want to cancel my subscription, hasn't worked from the beginning

hi! it so terrible.. on 16.08.2023 I ordered Home internet, since then, it is not working and I want to cancel my subscription. 

I went 7 times  to different stores, I filled out 2 times online forms. when i called KPN customer service they jus hang up on me :D.

Then when finally I spoke with person, they didn't ask for much information, and said okay, we'll get back to you tomorrow. So, I hope it will be like that :D. but i have feeling in my gut that it wont work..  so sad…

If not, you can ask for cancellation through our website. Please give as much information as possible there. And you will be called back by my colleagues to help you get it sorted out.
