On 28-11-2024, I filled a form on KPN website to cancel my subscription. I received an email from KPN that my subscription will be cancelled in 1 month. However, it was not.
I had to call the customer service on 13-01-2025. They confirmed that I applied to cancel the subscription on 28-11-2024. She said the subscription will be cancelled on 13-02-2025. I told them not to send me an invoice for January 2025, since KPN’s failure to process my request is not my problem. Short moment of silence, and she said “I cancelled your subscription”. However, a new invoice is sent and KPN took my money from my account.
So, return my money, its not yours…
