KPN invoices and subscriptions are different then the ones i agreed to in the KPN store

Good morning, I am very dissatisfied with your company. I continue to face problems and you are wasting my time for no reason. Please fix all the problems you have created for me. I initially have 3 subscriptions and the promised Netflix from KPN is nowhere to be found. 2) The agreement we made at your store is not the same as it is now. You promised me a smaller amount. 3) I paid my child's bill on February 6 and you are showing it as unpaid and having received an increase. Not all of what you are doing is normal. I will change all of the contracts if you do not fix it properly

Welcome on our community ​@Sdaggelos, even though it's not for a fun reason. I’m sorry to hear you're so unhappy with us at the moment.

If I understand correctly, you're dealing with 3 problems:

  • You were supposed to receive Netflix from us, but it's not active. Do you have an active ‘huishouden’ with at least an internet subscription and a mobile phone subscription? If so, you should be able to pick Netflix Basic as your free option. If you only have mobile subscriptions, you don't receive Netflix.
  • With you second point, I think you mean that you're paying more for your subscriptions than you agreed at when visiting our store? After placing your orders, you should have received an order confirmation via email. On the confirmation you will find the price of the subscription. Does it say something different that you agreed on? Or is the price on te confirmation correct but we are charging something else?
  • You say you’ve paid the February 6 invoice but it's shown as unpaid. Are you sure it's the February 6 invoice, and not the march 6 invoice that's unpaid? Via the community, I can't help with this type of invoice questions, so I you contact us another way.
