Lost my phone and e-mailaddress and moved away from The Netherlands

Hello,

I have lost my phone(I do not rememeber phone or email) and email address. I can’t login and cancel subscribition, because I move from Netherlands. I only rememeber “klantnummer .” Please help me solve this.

Hi ​@Tomas Vaskevicius and welcome to our KPN Community. That's a tricky situation to be in. 

In this case my advise would be to contact us through Facebook or X. E-mail addresses shouldn't disappear suddenly, so I hope you'll still be able to log into that one. Try several e-mail addresses if you have more than one. 
Also try to see if you can still log into your MijnKPN account or look through any letters you may have received from us that have any of your data in it. Then my colleagues on X or Facebook can help you with this, provided they can verify the account and that you are the owner of the subscription.

I have only invoice in which is my customer number. I can’t log in to MijnKPN that is the problem.


I need contact on facebook.
