My wife and I both have KPN Sim cards and a monthly subscription.

We also have TV and Internet through KPN

Both of the simcardsare linked to my Klantnummer. The TV and Internet are linked to my wife’s Klantnummer.

 

I would like to move my wife’s sim card and mobile subscription to her Klantnummer and billing details.

I would like to move my own sim card and mobile subscription to a business subscription.

 

I can’ find how to do this via the app or online.

Hi @O. Garlick, welcome to our forum! You can change the names on the subcriptions but you can't switch account numbers I'm afraid. 
You can do this through a contractovername. You can find more information about this on this page: kpn.com/contractovername but long story short, you both need to visit one of our physical stores , they can help you with this there. Don't forget to bring your documents!
