Moved abroad but my subscription has not been cancelled

Hi, I got same problem. My subscription was cancelled but they are still charging me monthly. I am currently living abroad and left the Netherlands so it is difficult for me to call KPN customer service in the Netherlands.

Hi @Megmi! Welcome to the KPN forum. I understand calling is a bit harder when you're abroad. If you do need to, the number is +31612001200.

If you want to cancel the subscription online you can do so through our page about emigration. Fill in the forms and add the required documents. We will then cancel the subscription for you.
