Hello,

I am currently a customer having a KPN Fiber, however, I will move to a new apartment and I already checked: They do not have Fiber yet. How should I proceed from here?

Can I transfer my current subscription (and therefore need to downgrade from Fiber due to not having it yet at my new apartment)?

How would that work?

That's unfortunate ​@jmasc. You are still under contract with us? If we can deliver on a alternative connection, we are able to transfer your current contract to your new apartment.
