Phone bill charged twice 20 days ago and no money back yet

I paid the same bill twice and it’s been almost 20 days and still not refunded

Hi @Jasper1023, welcome to our forum. An invoice doesn't need to be paid double of course. Did you pay it manually, or was it transferred automatically?
