Recommerce hasn't transferred the money after accepting their offer

Recommerce big problem

Rcommerce .... this company is a big problem for KPN customers ... it is very outrageous that KPN promotes Recommerce through the various programs it has for its customers .... from the beginning I want to say that KPN is a really good company and offers quality services but they promote the Recommerce company which is a real trap for customers who send phones to them ... I personally sent a NEW phone to them ... they sent me an email saying they received it and the price offer and that they will transfer my money ..... even today I have not seen the phone back or the money .... I will wait a while and then I will personally open a lawsuit to end with these unserious people promoted by KPN .... I am sorry that Recommerce is promoted by the KPN company .... and through this action KPN loses its credibility even if KPN is not guilty
