Subscription is not cancelled, a month after my emmigration

I request an immediate help to cancel my subscription! My emmigration form was submitted month ago and I still haven’t received an answer.

Welcome to the KPN community.

I understand that you now live abroad and completed the emigration form to cancel your KPN subscription before leaving.
However, you still haven't received a response.

In these situations, it's best to contact KPN customer service directly by phone.
You can reach them from abroad at:

From a landline: 0031 6 12001200
From a mobile phone: +31 6 12001200

After the voice response asks why you're calling, say: "I want to speak to an agent."
And after the second question, say "Cancel."

The agent you then speak to can check the status of your completed emigration form and provide you with the latest status.
If anything goes wrong, the agent can take immediate action.

On the KPN community, nothing is done with cancellations, this is due to verification.
