Unacceptable Delay in Delivery of Promised PS5 Gift

I have reviewed the contract, and it clearly states that the PS5 gift will be sent after the 14-day cooling-off period. However, in the message I received last week, it was stated that due to high demand, they will try to supply the product within three weeks.

This is an unacceptable situation. High demand is not my problem, and furthermore, the PS5 is not a product that is difficult to source or unavailable on the market. It could easily have been procured from retailers such as MediaMarkt or Amazon and shipped on the same day.

Just as I fulfill my commitments and obligations as a customer, I expect KPN to do the same. An additional one week has already passed, and a total delay of three extra weeks is unacceptable.

I purchased the PS5 as a gift for my daughter, and I no longer wish to wait. Can you please expedite this process immediately?

As you may have already read, due to the overwhelming interest in this promotion there has been a delay in delivering the PlayStation 5.
But good news: we are starting deliveries today. The package will be shipped via PostNL. As soon as it’s on its way you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code.

But good news: we are starting deliveries today. The package will be shipped via PostNL. As soon as it’s on its way you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code.
