I received below email, but i can not expect which device on the issue?

Because i have 2 mobile but also i can not find what i spend much cost on it?

 

Who can check what it is? this info need to be more detail.

Hi @Billy Yang, usually you can still call our customer service (0800-0402) when you have been closed off. My colleagues can look into it and give you more detailed information. But I cannot see there were high costs made. Is this e-mail sent from an @ kpn.com e-mail adress? If not, it might be phishing.

If it's from @ kpn.com, then it is legit. But i am still not sure what it is about. If you don't want to call us, that's fine of course. But it's possible that you cannot use your calls/data/text, because apparently we blocked it. If there is an issue, please do try to call our costumerservice.
