What is the cancellation period?

Hello, when cancelling a subscription the period notice is one month. Does this mean that for example if I cancel a subscription on the 10th January the date of subscription will finish on the 11th February or will the subscription only finish at the end of February? Dankjewel.

If the initial contract period has expired (or if there is 1 month or less remaining), you can cancel the subscription on any day with one month's notice.

A cancellation on the 10th indeed ends after 1 month on the 11th of the following month.


Billing will continue for the entire last month, but the excess amount will be refunded after the final bill.
