What is the status of the Contractovername I requested in february 17th?

Hi KPN team,

I am reaching out because I submitted a contractovername (contract transfer) for my internet subscription back on February 17th.

It has now been over a month, and despite both parties receiving the initial emails, the transfer never actually happened. I am still being billed for my old address, and the new tenant is still using my connection.

Could a moderator please check if this request (from Feb 17) is still "pending" or if it has expired? If it has expired, could you let me know the best way to resolve this so I can stop the billing on my name as soon as possible?

I have added my customer number and the old address to my forum profile for your review.
