Why you send invoice for cancelled bundle?

I cancelled KPN bundle after 3 days and your colleagues said that is not need to pay for it so I refund my payment but your system send me invoice again.

I cancelled pervious bundle and changed it and waiting for new one.

why I should pay when I cancelled?

@Cancellation invoice Normally a bundle will not be automatically refunded if you cancel it prematurely and if you refund the invoice our payment system will keep sending you reminders until the outstanding amount has been payed. I will gladly look into this for you . Could you elaborate which specific bundle this concerns? Could you also fill out the details in you're profile and sent me a message here when this has been completed?
