I placed an order for a one-year subscription for TV/internet service at my new address during the last week of December. My subscription started just last Friday, the 10th. Today, the 12th I received the first invoice by email.
Much to my surprise, there is no mention of the 6-month korting I expected to received. And, furthermore, it appears the option of having a 1-month opzegging was added (+3 euro extra per month). It was never the intention of adding this opzegging to the package. Because of this opzegging option, I do not receive the 6-month korting. This I understand, but I cannot imagine how this was added to my order! The only explanation I can think of is that the touchpad mouse had selected this option just before I had submitted the order. :(
Can someone from customer service please convert this into what I had intended? This is will be large loss of money wasted otherwise. Many thanks in advance for your help!!
