ADSL snelheid sinds 28 juni gedaald tot 10 Mb/s

Hi @DocZ, welkom op het forum. 

Gek inderdaad dat je snelheid zo naar beneden is gegaan. Ik kijk dit graag voor je na. Zou je je KPN profiel willen aanvullen met alle relevante gegevens en hier een seintje willen geven als je dit hebt gedaan? 

Hallo (sorry  in Engels Is makkelijk vor mij):

yesterday there was another kpn regional storing: no internet no phone: suddenly afterwards the bandwidth went back to 90-100 Mb/s Without doing anything

obviously kpn was capping my connection since the outage on 28 June  and it was eventually  fixed  Yesterday.

 I do not understand why the service kept me on line twice for one hour Wasting my time instead of just saying”sorry we have a problem requiring reducing your bandwitdth. We will fix it soon”.

Terrible customer service.

No probleem, sometimes is Engels ook makkelijk for me too. 

All kidding aside, I'm so, so sorry for this bad experience with us.
