Good day!
I got and installed yesterday the KPN box 12, following successfully all the steps.

All the lights are on and green, but no connection on the internet.

What is the problem? Thanks

Call the customer service with the toll-free number of KPN 0800 0402
And say: I have no service

Available on: Mon-Fri between 08:00 - 18:00, Sat. 08:00 - 17:00.

You can also make a calling-appointment yourself


Hi @Leila Assis did you manage to resolve this. You can, as huistijger indicated, always contact KPN directly to schedule a mechanic for the installation part.
