I would like to cancel my home internet

Hi @DIEGO MENECUCCI Welcome on the KPN Forum and I'm to hear you want to end your subscription. Could you tell me why? If you really want to end it, you'll have make a call to the customer service (0800-0402). We can't do this online.

Ending a subscription is not possible via this forum.

You can call 0800-0402 to end your subscription. The notice period is one month.
