Hi, how can I schedule an appointment with an engineer to install my Wifi???

Hi @Son ja, welcome! Are you a new customer with us? In that case you can schedule an appointment on your ‘bestelstatus’ (in Dutch). This is a free of charge engineer. If you have a contract with us for some time and you only want to get your wifi fixed, than you can plan a service engineer (also in Dutch). That will cost 50 euros. If you need any help or have more questions, please let me know.
