Box is slow and driving me crazy

For me it has been resolved out of the blue. However, the box is now 3 times as slow and the flushing function often does not work. It slowly drives me a little crazy and I am strongly thinking about switching.

    Hi @Jerry785, welcome to our forum. If something is slow it can be very annoying. Which box is slow exactly, is that the Experia Box, of the receiver for the tv? Can you specifiy this and also tell us howit is slow?
