Can't connect new modem, no socket near power meter and missing grey cable

I am trying to install my new modem. There is nothing to connect to near the power meter. I have found a 4 prong socket in one of the rooms. The box with the modem does not include a plug that fits there, or a grey cable. I don’t know how to get one.

To me it sounds like you still have an old connection point somewhere in the house. Can you include a picture of the connection point you found?
If not, you can always call Customer Support via 0800-0402. They can help you to make an appointment with one of our technicians.

Hi everyone. Thanks for the responses. I had a KPN technician visit the house. He had to install a location for me. The house was not ready for self installation.
