Hello,

I requested cancellation and therefore no payment should be made. I no longer live at the address (28 of october) because the house wasnt in the good condition and I can send the router back to you in the original packaging !

I understand you cancelled your subcription. Did you already had contact by phone with one of my colleagues about the cancellation? If not, please call 0800-0402.
