KPN Fiber not working despite start date 25 july

Since 25 of July, KPN start home internet. They cancelled my current internet provider from Odido to KPN without my consent. 

 

Now I wanted to install the modem package, but I couldn’t do that. I followed all the steps in the manual. 

What can I do?

 Tell some more about your modem and led status off it and also the fiber converter.

pictures can be useful.

I uploaded pictures of that. the white device is from Odido, before KPN active its internet for us, everything was working with Odido.

 

Now, its not, Internet green light on the modem is blinking and the Glas light is not on.

 

I followed the manual they sent!

​@Reza00 You have to use the white NT box to connect to black KPN V12 modem.

I tried both, none of them working

Hi ​@Reza00, welcome on our community. 

As far as I can see, the fiber optic cable goes to the white NT, as indicated below. Can you connect power to the white device and plug the modem into it? Otherwise a technician will need to come by. In that case please schedule a technician appointment on our website.
