I got an appointment with a technician for installing a new connection. There was a problem moving forward since there was no power socket in the place to connect the modem.

I received an email to schedule a new appointment using this link but I cannot select any date. All days are disabled even if I tried 2 months ahead.

I'd like to help you reschedule this engineer. Would you please fill in your profile and let me know here when you've done so? Would you also please let me know when the date has been set for now?

If that date is within 72 hours of this post, please call 0800-0402 because I can't guarantee I can change the appointment within that time.

Thank you very much for your support. I managed to reschedule my appointment through phone. Sorry for taking that long to answer your message. I lost track of it 😅
