Customer service doesn't provide help with my questions

Always the promise that I will get called back, never happens. When you call they cannot not help, needs to be the previous colleague. So “ he or she will call you back” but that doesn’t happen.  Still waiting…. Issue not solved, this “ dance” have been going for a month

I can imagine it gets frustrating after telling it multiple times, But without information I can't do anything, like I said, I only know what you tell us.

If you can't tell us more here, the best way is to make a callback appointment on our site.

Hi ​@Reimburse, that doesn't sound like a fun dance! I don't know what the situation is, I don't have any other information than what you mentioned in your message. Can you elaborate? We can think along with you, but we need to know with what.

Hello,

 

will be the 6th time telling this to a kpn employee.

Honestly done telling the same . Call if you want to , but will not type the whole story that I have told many times before .
