I disabled my 2.4 ghz via Mymodem, but since then my internet is vanished. Cannot even land to mymodem page without wifi. Also my modem is now not showing the green light of internet

That doesn't sound too good so glad you contacted us through this way! Do you have any device that you can connect with a wire to the modem/Experia Box? Does that work? If not; could you please fill in your profile (and let us know when you have done this) so I can have a further look for you.Â
