Hi, I have the same problem with a letter saying “Direct Online Pakket terugsturen" - but I never received one.

No telephone number in the letter and nonpossibility to send an email to KPN - only this online forum… funny way to save costs … so, what do I have to do?

Hello @CHRWEL, if you never received the Direct Online Pakket, then you cannot send anything back. Can you fill in your profile, so that i can put the right information in our administration.
