ExperiaBox V10 - orange service light and red internet light with no internet connection

I used to have DSL internet in my home with experia box v10 and it worked fine. Recently I changed my internet to optic fiber. The worker came to my home to install the optic fiber and the fiber works fine with green connection light. However, when he connected the fiber to my experia box v10 modem, it appears that orange service light and red internet light on experia box V10 with no internet connection. The wireless light is green so I can connect to the wifi but I have no internet. I have tried hard reset and everything but it still doesn't work. What should I do?

Hi @Shadow09999, welcome! Check if you plugged the ethernet cable coming from the Fiber point into the red WAN port of the V10. If that is what you did, try it with a different cable. If that doesn't work either, contact us at 0800-0402. Because then you'll either need a new router, or a technician's visit. Both of these things are more quickly done via phone.
