Hello!

The KPN fiber optic installation is supposed to happen today but I haven't received my order from KPN with modem, etc.

Also, coming from another provider I am worried KPN will cancel my other subscription before I will be able to fully install the KPN one as I chose the taken care of - automatic cancellation option. 

In my order status, it says my connection will be effective on the 12th of November, however the guys from KPN are installing the fiber right now, the 15th of October. 

I can't get through the bot as I don't have a dutch phone number to get called back and can't get through the phone number as it's in full Dutch. 

Could anyone help?

If the fiber is installed today at your home then it probably also needs to be connected at the other end in the local exchange, until that happens it won't work.
A couple of days before 12 nov you should receive the package with the modem.

If you used the ‘overstap’ service the cancellation of your old provider won't happen until the KPN connection is ready and working, so you don't have to worry about that.

 

If you call the customer service 0800-0402 just say to the computer you want to speak to an employee, you should then be put through to one.
