Fiber optic connection not ready, already receiving an invoice

​​​​After 2 technician visits at my place, I they installed the fiber glass box and fiber-to-ethernet adapter here, but the adapter connection light only stays at blinking.

 

And now I'm being charged for this whole month.

 

PS: Your contact form is AWFUL. It's made to keep people with problems in a endless loop while never offering a solution nor the option to contact a human.

 

I'm really tying to be your client, but after 4 failed attempts to deliver the SIM card and this whole mess about my home internet I'm seriously considering to pull it back.
