My subscription just started and I've connected everything. The green light from "Glas" isn't on so I cannot connect to the Internet. Everything else is on. What should I do? The costumer support wasn't answering. 

Did you reboot the ONT ?
Otherwise you need to book an technician from KPN. Call the costumer support for this on 0800-0402 .


I turned if off and on again, I'm not sure how if there is a reboot button tbh 😊


Hi ​@MariM, welcome to the community. That counts as rebooting it, but it sounds like that didn't help yet?

In that case it's best to contact us by phone, you can make a call appointment on our website. A collegague will be able to check the connection together with you, that is the quickest way.
