Fiber optics not installed yet. Bad service

We moved to Netherlands in Feb 2025 and I took a 2 years fiber optics contract with Kpn. Then again we had to shift to a new house in April 2025 and unfortunately there was no kpn fiber optics. Initially kpn said they will be able to provide the connection by mid of May as the installation is handled by kpn network. However, three times technicians came and they were not able to identify the cable and there’s no reply from them yet. Luckily we have Dsl cable so we have something at home to say as wifi. I am very much tired of this useless network. I bought a super wifi for our old house and the most annoying thing is I can’t cancel it as we are in the transition phase. Horrible system and customer service. I am paying unnecessarily for a shitty wifi and on top for a thing I am not even using. I would really want to cancel this and get away from this. Please take the laptop back as i got it via the contract. I am so fedup with this.

First of all, I want to express how sorry I am that this couldn’t be resolved. From what I can see and if I understand correctly, fiber optic hasn’t been installed at your location and the network operator wasn’t able to make it happen. I see that a cancellation has now been registered in the system. I’m also really disappointed that I can’t do anything to help you with this, I would’ve gladly done so if I could.
